When you activate the SOS feature, TACCI collects and shares your real-time location to help your emergency contacts and local authorities respond quickly.

Device model, operating system, unique identifiers, and app usage data.

Note: TACCI does not access or read your phone's contact list. You only share the emergency contact information you choose to enter into the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our services.
  • To send emergency alerts (including your live location) to:
    • Your manually added emergency contacts.
    • Relevant local emergency response authorities.
  • To comply with legal obligations and safety requirements.

3. Sharing of Information

We only share your information in the following situations:

  • With Emergency Contacts: When you trigger the SOS feature.
  • With Emergency Authorities: When necessary to respond to an active SOS request.
  • With Service Providers: Who support our app operations under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • For Legal Reasons: If required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

4. Location Data

  • Location data is only collected when you activate the SOS feature or grant permission for location-based services.
  • Location data is used exclusively to forward emergency alerts and improve app functionality.
  • We do not sell or rent your location data to third parties.

Important: We do not use location data for transactions. Location data is only used for emergencies and SOS functionality.

5. User Consent

By using TACCI and activating the SOS feature, you expressly consent to:

  • Sharing your real-time location with your emergency contacts (that you manually added) and with local authorities.
  • Allowing TACCI to process and transmit this data as part of the emergency response service.

We implement strong technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

  • Update or delete your emergency contact information at any time.
  • Withdraw consent for location sharing (except when required for SOS functionality).
